10–12 hours minimum. Water allowed. No food, coffee, or supplements.
Timing
7–10 AM strictly. Testosterone and cortisol peak in this window.
hsCRP Assay
High-sensitivity method mandatory. Standard CRP not accepted.
Fasting Insulin
Chemiluminescence method preferred for accuracy.
CBC Differential
5-part differential required. 3-part not sufficient for this panel.
Female Hormones
Note menstrual cycle day on report. Day 2–5 preferred for FSH/LH.

PDF soft copy, all individual values itemized, within 48 hours of draw.
