The program
Most health products stop at measurement. The program closes the loop: a baseline, a protocol calibrated to your numbers, and a retest that shows what actually moved. Here is what that involves, who it's for, and what you receive.
01 · The four levers
No single master variable. Sleep matters, but so does ApoB. Training matters, but so does cortisol. The protocol moves all four, in proportion to what your body needs most.
Macro targets, meal timing, protein distribution and fiber thresholds, built from your insulin sensitivity, lipid panel and body composition. Not a diet. A specification.
Zone-2 for mitochondrial density, VO2-max work for aerobic capacity, resistance training for strength and bone. Three distinct stimuli, all measurable.
Sleep architecture, HRV, resting heart rate and stress markers. We use wearable data to make sure the protocol is building you up, not breaking you down.
We start by removing what you don't need, then add only what your bloodwork says is missing. Most people end with a smaller, cheaper, more effective stack. No affiliate fees, ever.
02 · Who it's for
We're upfront about who this works for and who it doesn't. The program is rigorous, asks for real behaviour change, and rewards people who like reading their own data. It isn't a magic pill, and we won't sell you one.
03 · What you receive
Biological age, every flagged marker, and a root-cause read of what's driving them. See a sample →
The four levers, sequenced for your numbers and your life. Specific, not generic.
Bi-weekly check-ins and adjustments as your body responds over the cycle.
Same panel at Day 90. The measured delta, marker by marker. Proof, not vibes.
04 · Questions
Yes. The panel includes a complete sex-hormone profile and accounts for cycle timing on bloodwork. The protocol adjusts for menstrual phase and hormone-related metabolic shifts. We don't apply male-default protocols to women.
In most cases, yes. Our medical advisor reviews your current medications before designing the protocol. We never recommend stopping or changing a prescription. For some active conditions we may suggest stabilizing with your physician first. The free consultation is partly to figure this out.
A home blood draw, a short intake call, and a few hours a week of training and habits that mostly fit into your existing life. The protocol is designed around your constraints, not a fantasy schedule.
We re-test either way and keep working a stubborn marker at no extra cost. We'll be honest about why: some markers are slow movers biologically, and some haven't moved because of adherence rather than biology.
We'll talk through your history and what you're optimizing for, and tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
