The program
A measured loop: establish your baseline, run a protocol calibrated to your numbers, then retest on the right timeline to see what moved.
01 · The four levers
The plan balances the four levers that usually move biomarkers fastest: food, training, recovery and targeted co-factors.
Macros, meal timing, protein and fasting windows based on insulin, lipids and body composition.
Zone-2, VO2-max and resistance work, matched to recovery and tracked by your wearable.
Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and stress signals decide when to push and when to back off.
We remove noise first, then add only what labs, genetics or diet clearly support.
02 · Who it's for
This is for people who will use data and change behaviour. It is not a supplement shortcut or a quick aesthetic program.
03 · What you receive
Bloodwork, intake, wearable history and add-on data where useful, converted into a clear starting map.
A practical plan across nutrition, training, recovery and co-factors, with clinical safety review.
Wearable trends, adherence signals and daily adjustments in one place.
Repeat the right markers when the biology has had time to move, compare the delta, and refine the next cycle.
04 · Questions
Yes. The panel includes a complete sex-hormone profile and accounts for cycle timing on bloodwork. The engine adjusts for menstrual phase and hormone-related metabolic shifts. We don't apply male-default protocols to women.
In most cases, yes. Every protocol passes a hard-coded clinical safety filter aligned to KDIGO guidelines and the 2021 CKD-EPI equation before our medical advisor reviews it. We never recommend stopping or changing a prescription. For some active conditions we may suggest stabilizing with your physician first.
At minimum: bloodwork (87-marker panel via home draw) and wearable data (any major ring or watch). Genomics, DEXA scans and MRI are added when they would change your plan. The engine works with whatever modalities are available, filling gaps via cross-modal inference rather than guessing.
We re-test either way. The engine learns from the delta: if a marker hasn't moved, the reinforcement-learning system adjusts the protocol for the next cycle. Some markers are slow movers biologically, and some haven't moved because of adherence rather than biology. We'll be honest about which.
05 · One program
70+ markers and a deep lifestyle intake anchor every protocol in measured reality.
Inherited risk, pharmacogenomics and response variants — separated from measured risk, sharpening every cycle.
Your daily stream turns the protocol into day-to-day interventions and tracks the trajectory.
Optional add-ons — whole-genome sequencing, DEXA and full-body MRI — are layered in only when they'd change your plan.
We'll talk through your history and what you're optimizing for, and tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
